Inspection process Steps
1. Terms/Pricing acceptance/ Deposist if any.
2. Coordinating and Access granting.
3. Conducting inspection, maintaining open communication with Superintendent should any concerns or hazards arise.
4. Close out physical inspection, Generatate paperwork.
5. Facilitate paperwork submission to DOB LL152 portal.
Instructions can be provided to guide any authorized building rep to perform online submission.
